These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our payment gateway service (“Service”) for the processing fee of RM1,000. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms

By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of RM1,000. The processing fee is non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including your name, address, and credit card details. You must promptly update this information in case of any changes. Your submission of incorrect or incomplete billing information may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our Service.

The processing fee of RM1,000 is non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion. To request a refund, you must contact our support team within seven (7) days of the payment, providing a detailed explanation of the reason for your request.

You may cancel your payment at any time before it is processed. However, once the payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
